Need a hand at the lemonade stand?

Contact jessewilliams@holmanlanepublishing.com for help with Lemon Dilemma.

Include your device and browser, what you were trying to do, the error message, and roughly when it happened. A screenshot can help; remove personal information first. If the issue concerns a particular room, include its code privately in your email.

Trouble joining?

Each room has space for two players. Check the six-letter market code with your friend. If the room is unavailable or expired, ask your friend to create a new one.

Using the iPhone app?

Both players need internet. Your friend can use the app or the browser game on a separate device. For connection trouble, open the game menu and choose Reconnect to game. Return on the same iPhone to resume your saved seat; browser sessions and app sessions are separate. Solo and pass-the-phone play are not included.

Lost your connection?

Return using the same browser and device. The game tries to reconnect automatically. If it stays stuck, check your internet connection and refresh the page. Clearing site data, using a different browser, or leaving private browsing may remove access to your existing seat.

Waiting for the next round or a rematch?

Both players must submit their choices before results appear. Both must continue after a round, and both must request a rematch before another match begins.

How long will the game be available?

Lemon Dilemma is a free, online-only game that runs on servers we host. We do not promise to host, operate, maintain, support or update it indefinitely. We may change, pause or discontinue it, subject to applicable law, binding commitments and platform requirements. When hosting ends, the website and the iPhone app stop working. Support is provided on a best-effort basis except where applicable law or a binding commitment requires otherwise. See the Terms of Use for details.

Rules or classroom questions?
